Functional Consultant
As an ERP Functional Consultant, he/she will be responsible for business process analysis, ERP implementation, user training, etc. The consultant will work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and work with our development team to provide tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend ERP functionalities to enhance business operations.
Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and ongoing support to ensure they are proficient in using the ERP system.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and user manuals.
Project Management: Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation of ERP projects.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to ERP systems and processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).
Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and human resources.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Programmer
We are seeking a talented and motivated Programmer to join our dynamic team. In this role, the suitable candidate will take part in programming of both Microsoft Business Central and our own development platform PRAL. The programmer will use AL and Python to design and develop business solutions and system integration solutions. The candidate will collaborate with consultants and customers to deliver top-notch, tailor-made solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Business Central solutions and system integrations using AL, Python.
Design system architecture and implement best practices.
Perform debugging and troubleshooting of existing systems and integrations.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
Collaborate with consultants and customers to understand project requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experiences.
1-3 years of experience in system integration and business solution development.
Proficiency in OOP programming within VS Code such as Java, Python, or C#, and any of the DBMS such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL, etc.
Experience of Javascript, HTML, and CSS is good but not mandatory.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations is good.
Understanding of ERP, CRM, and other enterprise solutions is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
